Alyssa's Story

Alyssa has an amazing story that I would love to share with you!

There was a season of my life when I wa 17 where I was extremely broken. I had fallen down some stairs and twisted my ankle. We thought it was broken, and after a month of doctors and horrible chronic pain, they found out I had a disease and that I would never walk again. I gave when the doctors told me that.  The disease is called RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy), and it was crazy. My life blew up in my face. In that moment I almost said, “Forget it. I don’t want God anymore. If this is the God I serve, I don’t want Him.” 

 She credits God for her ultimate recovery

Even people who are famous are faced with terrifying periods of life.
